Sign-up lasts til Oct. 14th, and play begins the next day. It is in round-robin format (yay), with the top players getting byes. See you there!

How long do we have to do the matches? A week? Two weeks? What is the deadline for the first match? hmmmm?

Actually, those details are not in the link karlw pointed to, the rules just show common settings.

The details for the actual tournament are shown on the tournament page at the top.

Tournament starts on October 15th at 9am EST with two week rounds.

karl wanted to do a round-robin tourney this time. I know some of you were unhappy about the last round-robin tourney we had last year because after the 1st round most players were eliminated. So this year we are tweaking the rules a bit to make is so that the top two players in each section advance in each round until the finals (when there is only one section left). Hopefully that will make the tournament more fun for everyone.
