Ladder and Tourney rules for the league.

Hello Pente Addicts
I would like to let every one know that we must set some kind of rules for the ladder games. In my last post I said; (We have not created any rules yet for league games, but we are pretty much leaning towards having to play a game from each seat and in order for it to be a reportable loss, you will have to lose both games in the set before you must report it. There is really nothing set in stone as of yet on this and may never need be. This is our league and we can do what we want as long as you and your opponent agree on however you want to play your league game), I am thinking that this will just not be fare to any of us! I think that we better just play the ladder matches the same way we will have to play tourneys. They will have to be played in sets. Here are the rules that I posted on the league site; (Ladder games and Tourney games must be played as a set, meaning both players must play from each seat. In order for a player to win the set, He or She must win from both seats in the same set. If the result of the set is a split, meaning that both players win one game in the set, then there is NO WINNER and there is nothing to report. The Loser of a set must only report ONE loss. If you are playing a ladder match, then it is up to the players to decide if they wish to play another set. In tourneys we will have to play as many sets as it takes to get a winner). You can find these rules under The Ladder header on the site by clicking on the rules link, then scrolling down to, Game-Specific Rules. Please let me know if any one has a problem with this. Every thing can and should be negotiated by the members of the league. Thanks a bunch. Vitals
