using computer to play

i played a guy who was also in a private room playing the computer. his moves were slow and he woldnt chat for a while on each move. it made me think he was using it to play. can anyone verify that this has happened before and what can i do to stop it? im not a sore loser, i dont mind losing if it is fair. thx

was it today? i have logging in place that detects when someone does this, and there were no instances of using the AI today for cheating.
