Beginner invitations

I introduced a new type of public invitations: beginner invitations. These are
a) marked with a "beginner" tag, and,
b) different in that when you accept such an invitation, the server posts a new identical beginner invitation in your name

I reduced clutter in open invitations, if multiple open ones are posted with the exact same parameters, only 1 will show at a time.
