up2, might you know why my dash board is a stack trace?

The "Dashboard" page comes up just fine for me, but when I try to access "preferences" I get the red page - stack trace??? Is there a way to repair this? It also shuts down the site. Thanks for any help you can give.

the stack trace has been fixed.
