yes, very good Jaqueline!, 79 is the answer. I'm impressed.
Jaq's tallied explanation is also correct, she wrote it in the simplified form. below is the longer worded explanation from the website.
There are a total of 79 squares.
How? Lets assume smallest square side length is 0.5 cms, then Number of squares with side 0.5 cms: 30 Number of squares with side 1 cms: 16+11 Number of squares with side 1.5 cms: 2 + 3 + 2 Number of squares with side 2 cms: 9 + 1 Number of squares with side 2.5 cms: 0 Number of squares with side 3 cms: 4 Number of squares with side 3.5 cms: 0 Number of squares with side 4 cms: 1 ???????????? Thus total number of squares are: 79

you mean the first 3 puzzles,... and puzzle #4 is posing a challenge. yes? you already solved the first 3.
additionally, in puzzle 4, the squares wont be too bad to count,.. it shall be the triangles that will be difficult to count i think.

Yes, I mean the first 3 puzzles. This is puzzle #4. I stand corrected Zoey... If you could see the stacks of papers and files on my desk you would understand my forgetfulness. That's my story and I'm sticking to it...
And I agree with your opinion regarding the squares. A little clue that is helpful in counting the squares:
