Ok,..all participating players Vote for either karls or richards seeding. Winner of the votes stands as the tourney method. And Vote for if you want double elim or single elim. This tourney belongs to all of us to have fun. You guys make it what you will all enjoy best.
Thank you.

Richardiii's
1 vs 8
2 vs 9
3 vs 10
4 vs 11
5 vs 12
6 vs 13
7 vs 14

Karlw's
1 vs 14
2 vs 13
3 vs 12
4 vs 11
5 vs 10
6 vs 9
7 vs 8

Votes;
Spavacz - K - single elim
Karlw - K - single elim
Jozso - K - double elim

Richardiii - R - single elim
Zoeyk - R - single elim
Ukie60 - R - single elim
Jhs55 - R - double elim
Nodnarbo - R - double elim
Lisa_a - R - double elim
Mickeyss - R - double elim
Lewpews - R - single elim

If in the event that 7 vote for karl and 7 vote for richardiii, i will call in the 3 site admins to break the tie.
Dweebo, Partica, and Up2ng. I have a feeling I know what the result of that will be, but I'm not sure.

And when you say "Karl's," you mean "the one used in 99.9% of seeded tournaments," right?

Speed tournament code already exists, it has been used for speed tournaments in the past using single elimination and double elimination formats. So if you decide that is what you want to do zoey, let me know and I'll set up the tournament for you.

Of course if you want a different seeding algorithm or format, or want to change how things are run min tournament, like it sounds like karl did in QFSP #1 then you'll have to manage that stuff yourself for now.

hmmm,...ok
Sorry, I had no idea that this had been done. My mistake.
I guess I should have asked before assuming it had not been scripted. In thinking that it hadnt been done, I was thinking it would be many hours for you to make, and I know that you get busy with family and jobs. I meant no insult incase what i said came across that way. I did'nt want to ask you to be burdened with spending hours to program something that me and or karl could manually do in a couple minutes, seemed to be a waste of your time if i was to ask you to do it.

I know that seeding has been a heated argument inbetween different players latly. Seems to be the main road block in having a good tourney. I'm flexible about how we go about it. I just want every one to have a good time, and i figure the best way to settle it is to vote on it.

I totally agree with RIII - I've always thought that the current 1st vs Last way of starting play completely sux.

Single elim is fine by me.

heya,

sorry about this, but unfortunately I will not be able to make it tonight as I have to be out at the tournament time.

Sorry again for the late pullout, unforeseen circumstances!
