What happens (if anything) if a player neither accepts nor declines a KoTH invitation?

Turn-based King of the Hill have a few more rules to consider:

non-subscribers can only play 2 sets at any given time, this includes active sets, sent invitations, and invitations you haven't responded to yet,

subscribers can play unlimited KotH games, when subscribers have 5 or more ongoing KotH sets, including waiting invitations, they cannot be challenged anymore, but can still send out challenges,

So essentially it just takes up a spot in your KotH quota. If you're a non-subscriber, it knocks you down to one available KotH game. If you're a subscriber, it does essentially nothing.

If that sounds unfair, just remember: Daddy gotta get paid, son.

It's no use going back to yesterday, because I was a different person then.
