I wouldn't change a thing about your site. Showing the ratings after a game is done is an idea who's time has come. The seeded tourneys are a must to attract top players, which in turn will attract lesses players to observe them. The fact that you can choose to play an unrated game is great.
See my long post in response to 'nomeansno'. I hope that that kind of attitude is in the minority of most players, regardless of their rating.
