How many games of rated turn-based pente do u have to play to become established? Or can we not become established until the game is made open to everyone?

Karl I am not the authority on this topic, but I believe 20 games are necessary.

aaru already has more than 20 games, and he's still provisional.

I believe I mentioned this when I changed turn-based to force everyone to play sets, but of course I could see how you missed it

The rule is now 20 turn-based SETS that don't end in draws. The theory is since draws don't change your ratings, they don't really tell us anything about what your established rating should be. Therefore they don't count towards becoming established.

So aaru is almost there.

P.S. In future please post turn-based questions to the turn-based forum.

my bad. i didnt know there was a turn-based forum.

so that's it, draws dont count. interesting.

one more thing, the percentages all seem a bit low, mainly cuz draws have the same effect as losses, counting against u. i think percentage should still be game-based, not set-based, to avoid this discrepancy. what do u think?
