Respectfulness in the forums

Let's try to be respectful in the forums. This includes derailing someone's thread. And be civilized how you speak to members. It can be ok to joke within reason, when both are ok with it. But its all fun and games until someone gets hurt. Be mindful when stirring the pot, or trolling members, or provoking conflict and flame wars. Yes I believe in free speech. But dont test that.
Im fairly hands off as an admin. Certainly I do not want to have to padlock threads, Or block a members ability to post in the forum.
