Information about my board

Good day, all.
So, I picked up this board several years ago while working at a thrift store. I have barely used it, as it is so large. (a little over 25 inches in length and width) It got pulled out of storage while rearranging some furniture, and I was curious about it. I am not finding information about this version anywhere, so I'm checking the hive mind here if anyone is familiar with it. All my searches for a 13x13 board lead to a much smaller version, meant to be portable.
Anyone have any ideas? (attached are pictures of the board and a normal sized one, for comparison)
