Does anyone have any numbers on how effective the swap2 rule has been on mitigating First Player Advantage in Gomoku? And whether or not this would work for high level Pente or Keryo Pente?

Pulling Info from the Database here at Pente.org I was able to get these results for a Pente Comparison. It looks like a swap2 pente may well be the way to go for high level Pente play. It seems very effective at mitigating First Player Advantage in a way the Pro tournament and the normal swap rules are not.
Pente with Tournament Rule (Pro):
Rated Games above 2200 3,291 W 2,005 B 1,286 60.9% FPA
Rated Games above 2000 17,084 W 10,105 B 6979 59.14% FPA
Rated Games above 1800 59,697 W 34,328 B 25,369 57.5% FPA
Keryo Pente with Tournament Rules (Pro):
Rated Games above 2000 885 W 525 B 360 59.3% FPA
Rated Games above 1800 3,565 W 2059 B 1506 57.7% FPA

I can't add to your gathered stats currently, but vint.ee switched both gomoku and Pente (both from single swap) to swap 2 a bit under a year ago, I think.
Retired from TB Pente, but still playing live games & exploring variants like D, poof and boat
