Sounds working now for players using JWS client

For those of you who play using java web start, sounds didn't used to work, but now they do, woohoo!
It was an easy fix, I noticed I was getting a bunch of 404 errors (file not found) in my access logs for the sound files, apparently JWS looks for them in a different place than the applet.
