"new" Pente game by Winning Moves

Has anyone heard when the new Pente game is to be released by Winning Moves? I thought it was to come out in January, but thus far I have not heard of the New Pente or how it will be packaged---i.e. in a boxed versoin or a tube/flexible mat version. Any updates would be appreciated. Thanks, jac_53

Heya,
The new game will be announced at the New York World's Toy Fair in February. At that time, they will be drumming up orders for stores, etc. So the game will appear in stores after that sometime. No definite date has been set that I have been told. It will be a boxed verison not a tube version. However, I have seen the box and it looks cool, and it has a completley different color scheme to help set it apart from some of the older boxed versions of it. There si apaprently a new manufacturing process that eliminates the fold int eh board when opened flat so that it won't have the bump in the middle to bother the stones.
