Annual Pente Awards?

What do people think of the idea of having annual pente awards? These could be voted on by pente players and might include such categories as Player of the Year, Best New Player, and Best Pente Promoter. I think this would be a great way for the pente community to recognise excellence and the outstanding contributions that people such as Dweebo and Cicerolove are making to the game. Of course, we'd need to figure out the details of vote counting etc., but I think it would help us to show our appreciation for the players and the activists in this game. Tom
