Speed Tournaments

Hey everyone, now that dweebo has the tournament code written I thought I would see how much interest there is in SPEED TOURNIES! I am thinking of running them at 9/10 pm Eastern time on Saturdays and like 6 pm Sunday evenings!

Ok, I just setup the signup page for the 1st "official" speed tourney at DSG. It will be next Saturday, March 19th at 9pm EST.
It will be a single-elimination tournament, whoever wins a set 1st advances. I haven't updated the rules/format yet for these speed tournies but will do so shortly, but I think you get the idea right, about as simple a format as you can have!
I am also going to post an official news item about this so hopefully we'll have a good turnout for the first one.
I think Partica mentioned to me she will be out of town on the 19th, but she will be running some (or most) of these in the future.

Okay Okay I know I will be out of town but I can try and make it! I signed up but if I am not here just boot me! I just HAD to sign up! LOL Can't wait to be having these on a regular basis! LOL WOOHOOOO! Speed pente rocks! I bet we can even get vitals to play! YEEEHAAAAW! Be sure to email kmbailey and emerald and etnep so they know they are going to start this saturday!
