I'd be interested in hearing from anyone and everyone who would like to share/discuss Pente strategy. Simple examples: why you can't ignore an open three or (more advanced) how to fight back by taking out the pair with the shared stone when you are suddenly facing an open three, closed four combination. Also wondering if such terminology is in common use, or if I am living in the stone age! <

Nevadakid, There are open 3s that, if you don't block them, turn into open 4's that are unblockable! There are keystone threats, double keystone threats, and all kinds of other stuff! It all still has relavence! Come to Dweebo's if you can. We play and discuss all that stuff every night, in the heat of battle! Joe
