Lmao, I already know the solution to the mumix game. You think I don't immediately study my losses?
That game I just stupidly forgot to extend to K14 before playing H12, which was my original plan:
K10,O9,G11,L11,K12,K9,K11,M9,L9,M8,K14
Win is straightforward after that. P1 plays H12, J11, and M13. Ignore P2's captures; they just delay the inevitable bloodbath. It's all in my super secret Pente Pro DB.
I made more than one stupid mistake in the mumix match.
And Zoey, I am begging you to open your laptop. Make this fun for me. Please.
It's no use going back to yesterday, because I was a different person then.

If i did, I would likely record my self studying to beat you, and do commentary of me plotting as I deep study. And then upload to YouTube after the tourney, if i won of course. Then post the video here.

sir, we're in the middle of a masters tourney with a potential "unsolved" path (though some of us may have solved it), not the right time to be posting that!!
there's only so many unexplored pathways in pente at this point!

I have several answers here.
1. First of all: there are no tournament games in this variant so it is not a tip for a particular game. It is important.
2. Next, the Pente tournament (remember, Pente is solvable or maybe already solved) is a psychologic game to some extent. And publishing some variants could be just a move in this game. Creating some pressure on a particular player, forcing some decisions etc. Is it forbidden?
Here is another move in this game: I've analyzed a lot during the last couple of months. I've made a "full" proof for P2 win in Hammer, for instance; feel free to check it in the tournament, dear rivals! It should contain errors due to manual work but are you able to spot them?
3. Finally. Perhaps the main point for me. During whole my life I was sharing knowledge in Renju. I've published some books, shared tons of analyzes and so on. My deep belief is that any kind of knowledge is to be shared, not saved for own use. For Pente, publishing enough winning lines will push the community into Swap2 variant or any other variant which is more equal or at least much wider and deeper. IMO, that's the way how the game of Pente may be developed. But I'm quite new in your community so maybe I'm wrong here.

Knowledge sharing is fine and good, it's just the timing. People have studied to find new lines to use in tourney, now we are in the middle of the tourney, so why are we publishing solutions right at this moment?
Maybe some of us wanted to face the line and show our p1 solution. Maybe someone wanted to use the p2 line. And talking about pressure/mind games -- what advantage are you getting by posting the solution? Couldn't you have used the solution if someone used the p2 line against you? Unless you actually don't have the p1 solution, and you are gonna play the p2 line and beat it!
OK, you may also have some goal of motivating people to different variants, but waiting til after the tournament seems like the more respectful path to me. Maybe you weren't aware that this is such a rare tournament in recent times, people like karlw/zoey dont attend the routine tournaments, and so I'm just wanting the best for this tournament, that's all.
To be fair, maybe you didn't have access to db at the time, and perhaps you were just following suit after seeing karlw post a solution, but the solution karlw posted was already seen/found years ago.

Mumix you have a point about not sharing solution. And its my fault for egging karl on. But, in karls defense, if a player is relying on that p2 line to win the tourney, trust me that player ain't going to make it to victory lol. Just my opinion.

I have access to DB since July 13th (and had like 2 yrs ago but didn't use it almost). So most of my analyzes are completely independent. I'm just comparing now which lines for P1 and P2 people play. But OK, if you ask me not to share, well... I'll share only if being asked. Or if feel an urge I can't withstand =)
