the blue background color

kriswithak and inntense and I feel the blue background is too light. We like the blue color but feel it is hard on our eyes because of the paleness of it. Could you experiment with it and choose a color blue with a few shades more intensity?
Thanks ,

I went on Kurnick and play there often..I like the board lighting up on it and that the board is the whole screen.

Just some input for now, but the blue and peach yikes!

why do you have to complain? It's really not a big deal, and I think it looks fine. The green was too distracting.

PS-What's the 'blue' that people keep mentioning? I have light green on everything but the main....

Well, calling it complaining...sorry I must have misrepresented my thoughts. Just making suggestions as, most I have played feel the same way. But, have not written a reply to it.

So, is there a better solution to this, as it has been inconvenient on the eyes. Also having the players move in white...you gotta admit it is hard to see? Just really like to play often, and would enjoy the board in it's best format.

Humble suggsestion....Kill this thread and keep the discussion in the thread by lepews "I don't like the new layout" since he started his the night before this one started.....the same topic is being addressed in 2 forums and I'm sure Dweebo will fix the glitches that are making things difficult/all but impossible to see.

Sorry for being slow to respond to this. Other projects are sucking all my time up at the moment.

I am thinking I'll just make the background a boring gray for the time being.

It should be a pale green, but perhaps it is being displayed as blue for some people?

As far as the stone colors, you can change those by clicking Game Options in the table. So you don't have to have white stones and black stones, there are a few options.
